One year ago a bitcoin was worth about 800 U.S. dollars. Over the weekend it hit an all time high of a single bitcoin being worth more than 19 thousand dollars U.S. and today's high was nearly 18 thousand dollars. There are no banks with bitcoin which makes it appealing to many.. and is making many people a lot of money as of late.
