Bitcoin fell slightly against the US dollar initially on Thursday, testing the $13,500 level. We are currently in the middle of consolidation, with $13,000 on the bottom being support, and the $16,000 level above is significant resistance. I believe that the market should continue to be very choppy and sideways, as volume is not a major part of the market between holidays.

Crypto Market Cap Over $252 BN, Bitcoin Cash Gains Over 30% - Nov 23rd Cryptocurrency News
The total cryptocurrency market is at all all time high with a market cap of over $252 billion. Fundstrat’s Tom Lee is feeling incredibly bullish about bitcoin as he raised his forecast, doubling his price target to $11,500 by mid 2018.This is a 40% increase. Bitcoin markets drifted a little bit lower during the trading session on Tuesday, as we touched the $17,500 level, and then bounced a bit. I think we are going to see the market soften a bit in the short term, as we head into the holiday season. Volumes will drop, especially considering how much of the Bitcoin market is driven by retail buying. Bitcoin rallied a bit during the day on Wednesday, but did pull back to test the $5500 level this is a beginning of significant support from what I can see on longer-term charts, so it makes sense that we would get a bit of a bounce from here.

Bitcoin fell a bit during the trading session on Thursday, as we continue to drift around between $10,000 on the bottom, and $12,000 on the top. I believe that if we can break above the $12,000 level, we could go to the $13,000 level, but the lack of volume still causes a significant amount of concern. Because of this, I suspect that we are going to consolidate at best, unless we get some type of catalyst to bring in massive amounts of money. Expect quiet range bound...
